Cognizant of the EARIST Mission-Vision-Goals-Objectives and its mandate to implement the planning, research, and extension functions of the Institute, the OFFICE OF THE VICE PRESIDENT FOR PLANNING, RESEARCH AND EXTENSION (OVPPRE) was established in AY 2007-2008 under the leadership of the following Vice Presidents:
